He is survived by: his grandson Landon; his wife Loretta Lynn Duff Williams of Bluefield; his children, Sarah M. Williams of Bluefield, Corinna D. Williams of Bluefield, Phillip W. Hall, Jr. (Kimberly) of Bluefield and Stephen Williams of North Carolina; his grandchildren, Isaiah, Katelynn and Jayden Proffitt; his sister Nancy Jean Williams of Monroe, NC; his nephew Larry Gene Houle, Jr. (Crystal); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Leslie, Austin and Danielle; Valerie Houle Morrison. He is also survived by his soulmate and love of his life.
