He was predeceased by: his parents, Madison Cline and Maude Harless Cline; and his brothers, Herman and Harvey Cline. He is survived by: his wife Lila Frances Snow Cline; his son Randy Cline; and his siblings, Hersel Cline, Freda Chandler and Connie Ray Cline (Ina). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the First Church of God (301 Mahood Ave, Princeton, WV 24740). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
