He was predeceased by: his father Curtis Neal; his adoptive daughter Ashley Conley; and his close friend Alfred Conley. He is survived by: his son Dallas Conley (Jayse); his caregiver Bethany Conley; his grandsons, Jayse and Daxton Conley; his mother Effie Neal of Montcalm; his brothers, Gerald Neal of Montcalm, Nathan Neal and Warren Neal of Green Valley; his cousin Betty Wyatt of Montcalm; and his friends, Lewis and Angela Johnson.

In lieu of flowers, Wallace requested that friends and family go enjoy a nice breakfast at Tutor Biscuit World in Bluewell in memory of him.
