He is survived by: his daughter Heather Carroll (Kenneth) of Bluefield, WV; his siblings, James Mooney (Dorothy) of Bluefield, WV, Fred Mooney (Brenda) of Bluefield, WV, Roy Mooney (Janet), David Mooney (Karen) of Bluefield, WV and Mary Ann Ferguson of Bluefield, VA; and his grandson Jayceon Carroll.
