He was predeceased by: his parents, Wiley Belcher Sr. and Bertha Watkins Belcher. He is survived by: his wife Dixie Burks Belcher; his son Michael V. Belcher of Bluefield, WV; and his sisters, Linda Christian of Richmond, MI and Judy Johnston of Burke Mountain. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
