He is survived by: his wife Pamela Evans; his sons, Ronald (Jeannie) and Billy Jr. (Melinda); his siblings, Howard Evans, Louvena Evans, Delma Lewis, Dolly Woodard and Peggy Greathouse; and his grandchildren, Jared, Alexius, Malachi, Laynee and Kyde Evans.
