He is survived by: his mother Pamela Evans of Bomont; his wife Jeannie Murdock Evans; his children, Malachi, Laynee and Kyde Evans; his brother Billy Evans, Jr. (Mindy) of Bomont; his grandmother Rosie Bostic of Queen Shoals; and his in-laws, Tim, Shelia Murdock, Levetta Casto, Lorene Miller, Lenia Roton, Allen, Tina Murdock, Sheila Murdock, Danny and Misty Moore.

He was so proud of his contribution to the town and glowed with excitement at every compliment and positive mention of the dairy bar.
