She is survived by: her brothers, Robert McWilliams (Gin) of Ohio and Richard Clark (Brandin) of Georgia; and also Kim Mellott. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

The family request contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 in memory of Shelly.
