He is survived by: his wife Carol Bailey; his son Eddie Bailey (Tina) of Falls Mills, VA; his siblings, Charlie Bailey of Bluewell, WV and Judy Clowers of Princeton, WV; his grandchildren, Joseph Bailey and April Parks (Jimbo); his great grandchildren, Ily Parks, Ryland Parks, Arianna Barrett and Abigail Barrett; and his great great grandchild Ariyah Parks.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Book Hotel Cravens-Shires Funeral Home (3431 Coal Heritage Rd, Bluefield, WV 24701). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
