She was predeceased by: her parents, Barney Runyon and Ruth Lucille Queen Runyon; her husband Haskel Howard Estep; and her children, Sandra Dawn Estep and Gary Lynn Estep.
She is survived by: her children, Donna May (Ricky), Juanita Ferguson (Ronald), Patricia Ferguson (Linville Jr.), Paul Estep and Virginia Mabry (Danny); and her siblings, Barney Runyon, Wanda McComas and Donna Hager. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
