He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy Wilson Clay and Kathleen Clay; his wife Terry; his sister Sylvia Pettry; his sister-in-law Pat Clay; and his niece Nikki Clay.
He is survived by: his daughter Laura Clay Berman; his son-in-law Justin; his daughter Billie Clay Jackson; his son-in-law Gary of Frederick, MD; his son Jeremy Clay; his siblings, Dallas Clay, Bill Clay (Clara) of Hurricane, WV and Ron Clay (Shelley) of Milton, WV; his grandchildren, Austin (Kelsea), Alexa, Ryan, Julius, Evan, Audrey, Kyra, Neiva, Tyler, Patrick and Elon; and his great grandchildren, Alice, Teagan and Jordyn. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
