He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Elkins and Doris Eloise Adkins Elkins. He is survived by: his brothers, Kenneth, Darwin and Dwayne; his wife Pat Elkins; his siblings, Allen, Freddie and Sheila Elkins Young; and his daughter Lynna Bowers. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandchildren and cousins.
