He is survived by: his wife Maria Domzalski (Ervolini); his daughters, Heather Hensley (Winston) of Virginia Beach, VA and Mary Domzalski (Chris Lomelik) of Harrisonburg, VA; his brother John Domzalski of Tenth Legion, VA; and his granddaughter Beatrix.
