He is survived by : his wife Betty Lou Baldwin (Boyers); his children, Dawn Smith of Rawley Springs, VA, Vernon Lee Baldwin of Brandywine, WV and Doug Marsh (Kelly) of Ft. Seybert, WV; his sisters, Lora Lea Gordon of Brandywine, WV and Eleanor Simmons of Brandywine, WV; and his grandchildren, Brendan, Alyssa Baldwin, Harper, Will and Luke Marsh.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to any Pendleton County Rescue Squad.
