He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Marcum-Hall; his son Todd "TJ" Hall Jr. (Crystal); his brothers-in-law, Desmond Marcum (Rhonda) and Mike Marcum (Crystal); and his siblings, Martha Trevino (Rick) of Phoenix, AZ, Leonard Hall (Katy) of Virginia Beach, VA, Bunky Hall (Zella) of Burnwell, KY, Bobby Hall (Debbie) of Mrytal, WV and Ronnie Hall (Shannon) of Lenore, WV. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and many special friends.
