She was predeceased by: her husband Russel Lake; and her daughter Teresa Kipp. She is survived by: her children, Jack Lake (Charlotte), Wilma Greene, Joann Cochran, Christine Maxwell (Jerry), Irene Lake, Edwin Lake (Susie) and Jason Lake (Melissa); her son-in-law Greg Kipp; and her caregiver Bertha. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
