He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Edward Hall and Nellie Friend Hall; his wife Mary Welch-Hall; his son William C. Hall, II (Natasha McMann) of Nashville, TN; his stepdaughter Apryl Strother (Eric) of Elkins; his sister Tamara Henderson (Robert) of Rivesville, WV; and his granddaughter Sasha Zirkle.
