She was predeceased by: her parents, A. Delbert Winemiller and Mary Winemiller (Pheasant); her husband Donald E. Cutlip; and her siblings, Margie Myers, Louise Williams and Bud Winemiller.
She is survived by: her son Franklin Cutlip (Shannon) of Greeneville, TN; her grandchildren, Tiffany Cutlip of Greeneville, TN, Whitney Cutlip of Wenden, AZ, Krystal Cutlip of Greeneville, TN, Mathew Cutlip of Greeneville, TN, Alexis Cutlip of Greeneville, TN and Jade Cutlip of Greeneville, TN; her great grandchildren, Kevin, Elijah, Aaron, Isabella and Azrael; and her siblings, Richard Winemiller (Beverly) of Boothsville, Robert "Sonny" Winemiller (Nancy) of Boothsville, Gloria Heintz of Fairmont and Helen Heston of Shelby, NC.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Burnside Funeral Home (607 S Virginia Ave, Bridgeport, WV 26330). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
