He was predeceased by: his parents, Claire Evan Bice and Justine Stump Bice. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Gum Bice; his daughter Heather Bice Randolph (Mark); his grandson Tyler Evan Randolph; and his caregiver Nikki Cottrill.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his honor to the Harrison County Heart Association or the WVU Eye Institute.
