He is survived by: his wife Mary Kay McDonald Paugh; his daughter Marissa Ann Kiddy of Key West, FL; his grandsons, James Paugh-Navaretta and Cameron Patrick Kiddy; and his brother William "Billy" Keller of Clarksburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
