He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse W. Smith and Vera Buckhannon Smith; his wife Anna Lee Shingleton Smith; and his siblings, William Smith, Janice Smith, Irene Swoger, Larry Smith, Agnes Jean Smith, Sue Ann Fultineer, Barbara Marteny and Shirley Fultineer.
He is survived by: his sister Beverly Fultineer (Roy) of Charleston, WV; and his siblings-in-law, Carol Smith of Hepzibah and Tom Shingleton of Bridgeport.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Ford Funeral Home, Allen Chapel (215 E Main St, Bridgeport, WV 26330). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
