With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Josephine June Romano Loretta (Bridgeport, West Virginia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 13, 2025 at the age of 94. She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonio Rubino Romano and Teresa Angotti Romano; and her siblings, Mary Romella, Rose Iaconis, Katherine Aiello, Barabara Beto, Salvatore, Joseph, John, Albert, Frank and Patrick Romano.
She is survived by: her children, Sambra Jo Flanagan (Tom), Marc Anthony Loretta (Marlene), Gemma Kay Priddy (Joe Hanson) and James Phillip Loretta (Joelle); her grandchildren, Tressa Fratto, Andrea Phillips (Jeremy), Marc Loretta (Bella), Francesca Loretta (Danilo), Michael Flanagan, Rachel Presti (Josepf), Giana Loretta, Santino Loretta and Anthony "Tony" Fratto; and her great grandchildren, Manny Fratto, Eva, Joseph, Jamison Phillips, Rocco, Rio Kelley, Sophia and Luca Loretta.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the All Saints Catholic Church (317 E Main St, Bridgeport, WV 26330). A prayer will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 7:30 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A burial will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 7:30 PM at the same location.
