She is survived by: her children, Duane Adams (Teresa), Dale Adams (Debi) and Deanna Saliga (Michael); her grandchildren, Ashley, Josh, Tiffany, Jason, Jonathan, Andrew and Elizabeth; her great grandchildren, Eladio, Amora, Isaiah, Isaac, Brody, Zoe, Alivia, Emberly, Levi, Adam and Xavier; and her siblings, Mary D. Minigh (Steve), Howard Bailey and Melody Anthony.
