He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Lorrien and Beulah J. Williamson Fancher; and his grandson Christopher Ryan Stockton. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Fancher (Satterfield); his children, Robert L. Fancher, James A. Fancher, Stephen Charles Fancher (Carol), John M. Fancher (Misti), Heidi Thorne and Ronda Swiger (Mark McClain); his granddaughter Annie Kate Fancher; his children, Emily L. Rhodes, Jessica Fancher (Jared), Hannah Bryant, Caleb Fancher (Emily), Sarah Johnson (Nick), Olivia Rose Fancher, Kevin Reece Stockton (Melissa), Kelsi Fahey (Braden), Joseph Kirtner (Leslie), Travis Kirtner (Ben Neff), Megan Griffith (Ben), Alex Thorne (McKenzie Koon), Joshua Swiger (Nicole), Jordan Arnold (Garrett) and Jacob Swiger (Abby); and his sisters, Betty and Helen. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bridgeport Cemetery (400 Benedum Dr, Bridgeport, WV 26330).
