He is survived by: his wife Marilyn A. Kircher Welch; his children, Dorian Hermanson (Chuck) of Pleasanton, CA, Randy Welch (Lisa) of Fort Wayne, Susan Mullen (Jim) of Bridgeport and Kurt Lawhorn of Madisonville, KY; and his grandchildren, Joe, Mike, Jennifer, Madison, Penelope, Sarah and Ethan. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
