He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Hamilton and Patricia A. Yost Hamilton. He is survived by: his wife Cathy L. Williams Hamilton; his children, Haley M. Shreve (Nick) of Fairmont, Hannah M. Hamilton of Tianjin and Hayden M. Hamilton of Dunbar, WV; his grandson Cassian Shreve of Fairmont; and his siblings, David Yost Hamilton (Angelika), Mark Hamilton (Rachel) of Hickory, NC and Denise Hamilton of Sistersville, WV. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
