He is survived by: his daughter Tina; his son-in-law Jim Sholders of Spicewood, TX.; his sons, Franklin "Frankie" Richards, Jr. of Valley Point, WV and Travis Richards (Ashley McCarty); his grandchildren, Wesley (Ally Sholders), Gracie Sholders (Joey Torres), Kiley, Presley, Chanse and Chesney Richards of Bruceton Mills, WV.; his brothers, Russel "Buck" (Janet Richards) and Paul (Loretta Richards); and his siblings-in-law, Pam Richard and Terry (Linda Wiles).
