It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Othel Paul Richards of Bruceton Mills, West Virginia, born in Parkersburg, West Virginia, who passed away on May 5, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Othel Paul Sr. and Flora Richards (Daily); and his wife Carol Ann Richards. He is survived by: his children, Jarrod Richards (Serena) of Bruceton Mills and Karen Mackley (Mark) of St. Augustine, FL; his stepchildren, Sheena Peddicord (Bobby) of Kingwood, Casey Liston of Morgantown and Phil Conley; and his brothers, David Richards of Kingwood and Dr. Phillip Richards (Linda) of Buckhannan. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
