Ray Eugene Forman Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ray Eugene Forman of Bruceton Mills, West Virginia, who passed away on October 29, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin C. Forman and Agnes Teets Forman; his sons, Ervin R. and Stephen Forman; his siblings, Oran, Howard Forman, Carl, Troy, Francis Edward Forman and Dorothy (Tom Mason); and his brother-in-law Paul Hiser.
He is survived by: his wife Stella Ella Simpkins Forman; his son Charles E. Forman (Andrea) of Longview, TX; his siblings, Arthur Forman (Dolores) and Shirley Hiser; his daughter-in-law Barbara Forman; and his sisters-in-law, Pat Forman, Katherine Forman, Joan Simpkins and Mildred Gibson. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 31st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Carl R. Spear Funeral Home (12 W Main St, Bruceton Mills, WV 26525). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
