He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Eugene Carr. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Irene Carr (Peck); his wife Betty J. Carr (Clark); his children, Daniel Carr (Jessica), Paige Wotring (Tony) and Alexa Leigh (Kellin); his stepdaughter Amanda Garlitz; and his siblings, Greg Carr (Robin), Scott Carr (Shelly) and Lisa Ferrell (John). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
