He is survived by: his daughters, Lori Kidd (Kenneth) and Samantha Madison (Samuel); his grandchildren, Jessica Gladwell, Matthew Kidd (Casey), Austin Pritt, Kimberly Robinson (Quinten), Erin Martin (David) and Alivia Lawson (Wade); and his siblings, Mary Ellen Prater, Monroe Cook and Estelle Flawd.
