He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Allen and Ora Findly Allen. He is survived by: his wife Lula B. McLean Allen; his children, Jeffrey C. (Arlene Allen) of Buckhannon and Barbara L. (Thomas E. Riffle) of Buckhannon; his grandchildren, Laura Riffle Pritt, Jennifer Riffle Manning and Jeremy Reger; his great grandchildren, Hunter Pritt, Aspen Manning, Miah Reger and Johannah Reger; and his great great grandchild Ameriah Pritt.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested any donations be made to the Hodgesville Lions Club.
