She is survived by : her parent-in-law Cameron Wilson of Buckhannon; her siblings, Stephen "Phen" Dean Holmes of Buckhannon, Liam D. Day of Buckhannon, Samuel Cody Tallman of Buckhannon and Katrina Duckworth (Joel) of Morgantown; her nephews, Trenton Moran of Buckhannon, Sebastian Duckworth of Morgantown and Myles Duckworth of Morgantown; her uncles, Terry Cunningham (Cathy) of Virginia and Brian D. Holmes of Buckhannon; her cousins, Kaitlyn, Mathew and Nicholas Cunningham; her grandparents, Stephen A. Holmes (Suzanne Ochletree) of Buckhannon and Linda Cunninham of Buckhannon; her great-uncle Paul G. Dean, II (Loretta) of Tennessee; her cousins, Carma and Clara Dean; her boyfriend Bill Rose of Johnstown, PA; her close friends, Christi Rose, Cynthia Woodward, Cal, Kathy, Jessica, Lisa, Kristin and Krissy Tenney; and her pet Namira.
