We are sad to announce that on May 15, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Cynthia Raffety (Buckhannon, West Virginia), born in Baltimore, Maryland. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Samuel Howard Kirby, Jr. and Ellen Lucille Grove; her sister Ellen Louise Kirby Coale; her brother-in-law Dr. Charles Webster Coale; her husband J. C. Raffety; her children, Jennifer Raffety Whitehair (Jeff Whitehair) and Rob Raffety (Colleen Shogan); her grandchildren, Lindsay Quattro (Dan Quattro) and Mallory Moss; her stepgrandson Logan Whitehair; and her great grandchild Vita Quattro. She was also cherished by niece, two nephews, and numerous great nieces and great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Cindy's memory to the Kidney Cancer Association (http://www.kidneycancer.org) and the Lewis-Upshur Animal Control Facility (http://www.upshuranimalcontrol.org.).
