With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dale Knight of Buckhannon, West Virginia, who passed away on May 19, 2022 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Wesley and Mamie Mae Fisher Knight; and his siblings, Walter, Kenneth, Gilbert, James Knight, Susie Goodwin, Mildred, Hazel Knight, Elsie Smith and Judy Heater.
He is survived by: his wife Rose Light; his daughters, Peggy Shahan and Patty Jordon (Daymon) of Buckhannon; his granddaughters, Heather McNemar (Bronson) of Buckhannon and Kristy Elkon (Ben) of Golden, CO; his great grandchildren, Amelia of Golden, Naomi Elkon of Golden and Gunner McNemar of Buckhannon; and his siblings, Charles Knight of Colton, CA, Gale Knight, Myrtlebell Shipman (John) of Buckhannon and Virginia Moore of Greenville, TX. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
