He was predeceased by : his parents, Clifford Perry and Grace Bird Perry; his wife Debbie Perry; his grandson Jonathan Perry; and his siblings, Derry Perry, Anna Lee Bennett, Marvilene Cosner, Carlyn Cowan and Karen Sue George.

He is survived by : his close friend Trish Bennett of Buckhannon; his son Timmy Perry (Erin) of Buckhannon; his grandson Andrew Perry of Buckhannon; and his siblings, Jim Perry (Connie) of Buckhannon, Roger Perry (Donnie) of Buckhannon, Kenny Perry (Teresa) of Clarksburg, WV and Sandy Davis (Bob) of Buckhannon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home (95 S Kanawha St, Buckhannon, WV 26201). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
