He is survived by: his parent Mary Jane Humphrey Cogar; his significant other Ginger Tenney; his children, Kelly, Mattie, Lila Cogar, Mandy Ware of Buckhannon and Greg Tenney; his granddaughter Kenzie Ware; and his siblings, Harold Cogar of Charleston, Donald Cogar of Buckhannon, Ernie Cogar (Kim) of French Creek, Charles Cogar (Donna) of Selbyville, Opal Woodson of Selbyville, Connie Cogar of Buckhannon and Lois Cogar of Queens. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
