He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred R. Yerkey and Hallie Mae Shartiger Yerkey; his spouse P. Walkeria Frame Yerkey; his daughter Sandra Mae Shanaberger; and his siblings, Delores Siers, Barbara Krisa and Charles Yerkey (John Yerkey).
He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Yerkey (Stanley Cogar); his granddaughter Megan (James Colisino); his great grandchildren, Leo and Ivy Colisino; and his son-in-law David Shanaberger. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
