Hazel M. Walton Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on May 5, 2023, at the age of 80, Hazel M. Walton of Buckhannon, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Cottrill and Dottie Quick; her husband Tex Edward Walton; and her former husband George Ratliff. She is survived by: her children, Dorinda Hall of French Creek, WV, Terry Shingleton (Greg) of Helvetia, WV and Tim Ratliff of Buckhannon; her niece Joyce Carpenter of Webster, WV; her granddaughters, Brandi Stevens, Misty Demodivich, Hillary Lewellen, Anastasia Mackey, Tori and Amber Ratliff; and her brother Fred Cotrill (Joanna) of Buckhannon. She is also survived by 22 great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren, several half-brothers and half-sisters and several nieces and nephews.
