She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvester P. Robinson and Geneva V. Bennett Robinson; her spouse Claudius Wayne Mills; her son Jeffrey Wayne Mills; and her brother Robert Robinson.
She is survived by: her son Kevin Mills (Denise) of Buckhannon; her grandchildren, Shanda Hoover (James) of Buckhannon, Elizabeth Quick (Jeremy) of Buckhannon, Jese Exline (Travis) of Huntsville, Texas and Wayne Mills (Brandi) of Buckhannon; her great grandchildren, Nathan Hoover (Madison Burnside), Maddux, Prescott Mills of Buckhannon, Emma Quick of Buckhannon, Catie Hoover (Preston Lantz) of Buckhannon and Laney Mills of Buckhannon; her daughter-in-law Melodie Mills Snyder of Mill Creek; her stepgranddaughters, Rachel Cuppari (Joe) of Buckhannon and Sarah Godwin of Bridgeport; and her stepgreat-granddaughters, Ariana, Isabella and Rylee Fogle of Bridgeport.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Christian Fellowship Church (56 Fellowship Way, Buckhannon, WV 26201). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Sand Run Baptist Cemetery.
