She is survived by: her mother Brandy Claypool (Charles) of Buckhannon; her children, Oaklynn Marie Phillips of Buckhannon and Haven Michael Phillips of Buckhannon; her siblings, Alexus Smith (Brooks) of Buckhannon, Jerika Herron (Ethan) of Tallmansville, WV, Hunter Freeman (Kianna) of Tallmansville and Logan Freeman of Buckhannon; her stepsiblings, Kellee Davisson of Weston and Chaz Claypool of Buckhannon; her grandparents, Mavin Rowan of Buckhannon, Michael and Cindy Freeman of Weston; and her nephews, Briston of Tallmansville, Bryson of Tallmansville, Brantley Herron of Tallmansville, Colton Freeman of Tallmansville and Camden Smith of Buckhannon.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
