He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Huffman Rowan; his children, Sheila Zickefoose (Hip) of Buckhannon, Shelley Phillips (Chris) of Buckhannon, Jackie Tenney (Brandon) of Buckhannon, Ashley Harlow (JD) of Buckhannon and Zachary Rowan of Buckhannon; and his brothers, Bill Rowan (Margaret) of Buckhannon and Marvin Rowan of Buckhannon. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
