He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Allen and Judy Beer Butcher; and his brother Gary Butcher. He is survived by: his daughters, Dawn Zubasic of Pittsburgh, PA and Jessica Bossers of Pittsburgh, PA; and his brother Sid Butcher of Buckhannon.
