He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Wright and Beulah Sothen Wright; and his son-in-law Wes Myers. He is survived by: his close friend Connie Talbott of Elkins, WV; his children, Kim Myers of Elkins, Herb Wright (Sarah) of Monrovia, MD, Carissa Phillips (Christopher) of Buckhannon and Roberta Lantz of Fairmont, WV; his grandchildren, Joseph Wright of Morristown, TN, Hunter Lantz of Morristown, TN, Logan Lantz of Fairmont, Madison Lantz of Fairmont, RaeAnna Hyre of Buckhannon and Brenson Phillips of Buckhannon; his great grandchild Wesley Lantz of Morristown; and his siblings, Icie Harrison (Rob), Donnie Wright (Carol Workman) of Buckhannon, David Wright (Barbara Reed) of Buckhannon and Denver Sothen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home (95 S Kanawha St, Buckhannon, WV 26201). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
