He is survived by: his daughter Morgan Phthisic (Walter) of Hacker Valley; and his siblings, Kim Hinchman of Adrian, Cindy Pugh (Jeff) of Buckhannon and Dusty Williams of Adrian. He is also survived by several nieces, nephew, great nieces, and great nephews.
