It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Scott Barker of Buckhannon, West Virginia, born in Gilmer, West Virginia, who passed away on November 16, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Scott Barker and Geneva Bell Barnett Barker; his wife Betty Ann Morrison; and his grandparents, Ernie and Sadie Barnett.
He is survived by: his children, Becky McDaniels (Matt) of Buckhannon, Heather Pitzer (Rich) of Bridgeport, WV and Wayne Simon (Arienne) of Harrison City, PA; and his grandchildren, Richard of Bridgeport, Ryan of Bridgeport, Rhianna Pitzer of Bridgeport, Shelby, Brody McDaniels of Buckhannon, Braeden and Caeley Simon of Harrison City. He is also survived by several step-children and grandchildren.
