He is survived by: his children, Douglas Mullins (Tracy) of Bridgeport, WV, Michelle Reed of Buckhannon, Melissa Mullins of Atlanta, GA and Stephanie Loudin of Buckhannon; his stepchildren, Bruce Hollen (Sherrie) of Augusta, GA and Angela Hollen of Buckhannon; his grandchildren, Justin, Tyler Sayre, Wade Loudin (Tiffany), Kaleb Loudin (Ashley), Nathan Mullins, Rylee, Elizabeth Mullins and Hannah Willey (Brandon); his stepgrandsons, Justin Hollen of Buckhannon, Shyane of Buckhannon, Gavyn of Buckhannon, Tyson Hollen of Buckhannon and Zach McDaniels (Brooke) of Augusta; his great grandchildren, Gabriyelle, Jayden, Destinee, Jayce Loudin, Grayson, McKenzie Hamner, Corbin Willey, Hayden, Haizley Sayre, Maddie Bays and Mason Ward; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Knox and Mason McDaniels; and his siblings, Larry Mullens of Coshocton, OH, Stewart Mullens (Debbie) of Buckhannon, Eletha Wilson of Kernersville, NC and Kathy Miller (Danny) of Buckhannon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
