He is survived by: his wife Donna Jean Arbogast Tenney; his former wife Pearl "Ace" Higgins of Buckhannon; his children, Dawn Swiger (Kevin) of Zebulon, NC, Kelli Ervin (Terry) of French Creek, WV and Terry Lee Higgins, II (Beckie) of Martinsburg, WV; his stepsons, Dayton Tenney (Lynn) of Tallmansville, WV and Bryan Tenney of Tallmansville, WV; his grandchildren, Madison, Nolan Swiger, Cheyenne, Emma Higgins and Terry Lee "Trey" Higgins, III; and his siblings, Steve Higgins (Brenda) of New Martinsville, WV, Larry Higgins of New Martinsville, WV, Randy Higgins (Nancy) of New Martinsville, WV, Cheryl Morgan of Martinsburg, Pam Anderson of Blue Ash, OH and Virgie Sarver (Larry) of Buckhannon, WV. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
