She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Edward Withrow and Opal Beatrice Dunn Withrow; her husband Ernest "Sonny" Combs Jr.; her sons, Ricky A. Combs and Michael W. Combs; her grandson Jason Combs; and her sisters, Brenda Kay Lett, Virginia, Betty Jane Lewis and Peggy Jo Roberts.
She is survived by: her sons, Ernest W. "Skip" Combs III (Cora) of Eleanor and Todd E. Combs (Andrea) of Winfield; her grandchildren, Cheyne, Mickey, Timmie, Caroline, April, Jessica and Jed; her great grandchild Axel; and her granddaughter Carli. She is also survived by several brothers, sisters, two great grandchildren.
