He was predeceased by : his parents, Harland W. Miller and Carrie Ellen Reese Miller. He is survived by : his wife Shirley L. Miller (Kirby); and his children, Harland "Andy" Miller (Stephanie) of Fairmont, William C. "Bill" Miller of Winston-Salem and Trisha Rich (David) of Buffalo, WV. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren; as well as extended family and friends.
